The pattern was consistent: teams were not failing because they lacked ambition, but because the software around them was never designed as infrastructure.
In the Indian SMB market, the founder observed a gap between enterprise-grade systems and affordable software options. Most offerings digitized existing chaos instead of resolving structural problems. We believed businesses deserved systems that improved operating discipline, not just dashboards that looked modern.
